Serving Sint-Lievens-Houtem & all of Belgium We bring the full crew to you Cameras, sound & lighting included In-house AI post-production Open 7 days a week

Once a year the whole country looks at Sint-Lievens-Houtem: the Houtem Jaarmarkt, Belgium’s last great open-air cattle and horse market, has been on UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list since 2010. The rest of the year this is a working rural municipality between Aalst, Zottegem and Ghent — the family dairy Inex in Bavegem, the regional development agency SOLVA on the Gentsesteenweg, farms, contractors and family SMEs across Vlierzele, Letterhoutem and Zonnegem. We bring cameras, sound and lighting into whichever of those buildings you work in and film your video podcast, webinar or talking-head video there. Sessions start at €99, and our Brussels-region studio stays available whenever you want a controlled set.

Where we film in Sint-Lievens-Houtem

The municipality is five villages plus hamlets: Sint-Lievens-Houtem itself around the Marktplein, then Bavegem, Letterhoutem, Vlierzele and Zonnegem, with Cotthem and Hoogveld in between. Companies sit along the Gentsesteenweg axis and in the De Dijcker SME zone at Strijmeers; the rest are farms, craft yards and shops strung along the country roads. We film in all of them — office, shed, meeting room or parish hall.

Built for Sint-Lievens-Houtem’s teams

Dairy, agriculture and small-scale enterprise carry this municipality. Inex in Bavegem processes milk from hundreds of Flemish and Walloon farms; SOLVA, the intercommunal that develops business parks across south-east East Flanders, is headquartered here; around them sit livestock and arable farms, agricultural contractors, builders, food SMEs and the traders who keep the Jaarmarkt alive. They record producer stories, recruitment and safety video, member communication and information sessions.

FAQ

Filming in Sint-Lievens-Houtem — your questions

Do you film on location in Sint-Lievens-Houtem?

Yes. On-location filming is the core of what we do — the crew comes to Bavegem, Vlierzele, Zonnegem or the village centre with cameras, sound and lighting included, from €99. If you want a fixed set instead, recording in our Brussels-region studio remains an option.

Can you film around the Houtem Jaarmarkt in November?

We can. The market on 11 and 12 November is a strong backdrop for interviews, trader portraits or a heritage series, indoors as well as outdoors. Book the dates early — we plan the shoot and the delivery timeline together with you in advance.

Can you record a series for an agricultural or food business?

That is a natural fit here. We film producer interviews, process explainers and recorded training on site — in the milk hall, the workshop or the field. Series can be recurring, so a monthly episode stays consistent from one shoot to the next.

How does pricing work?

Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.

What do I leave with?

It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.

Do I own the footage and files?

Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
