Quiévrain sits right on the French border, at the western edge of the Borinage. It was the customs station on the old Paris–Brussels line — which is why French still speaks of anything happening ‘outre-Quiévrain’ — and for generations of Belgian pigeon fanciers it remains the classic release point. Today the commune runs on small units: independents in retail and the liberal professions, workshops in the communal industrial zone, farms around Audregnies and Baisieux, schools, care services and the municipal administration. Can you film in French and subtitle for viewers on both sides of the border?
Yes. Quiévrain works in French, and much of its audience sits on either side of the frontier, so we record in French and add subtitles in Dutch, English or German. The edit timeline is agreed with you before the shoot.
We are a small family business, not a media company — is that a problem?
Not at all: that is most of what we film here — an independent, a workshop, a practice, a local club. We handle the technical side and direct you on camera while you talk about your work, and the raw footage can be handed over on the shoot day if you want it.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
