Sugar built Oreye and chicory keeps it going. The plant on the edge of the village has been working since 1889; in the 1990s it swapped beet for chicory root and it now turns fibre grown by farmers all around the Geer into food ingredients — which is why the commune calls itself the sugar town. Around it lies open Hesbaye: beet, cereals and chicory, farm contractors, hauliers and agri-suppliers, with the villages of Bergilers, Grandville, Lens-sur-Geer and Otrange strung along the same small river. We bring cameras, sound and lighting to your office, workshop or farmyard and film your video podcast, webinar or talking-head video on location. Sessions start at €99, and our Brussels-region studio stays open to you.

We come to you across Oreye

Where we film in Oreye

We work across all five villages of the commune — Oreye itself around the church and the factory site, Bergilers, Grandville, Lens-sur-Geer and Otrange, all of them threaded onto the Geer. A meeting room in a farm office, a corner of a workshop, a barn, a machinery yard or an open field on the Hesbaye plateau all serve as a set once we have set the lighting and controlled the sound.

Built for Oreye’s teams

Oreye is agri-food and agriculture, plainly. Chicory and beet growers under contract, contractors and machinery dealers, transport and storage, plus the processing plant that gave the village its nickname — and around them builders, technical trades, local retail, schools and care. These are teams with something concrete to explain on camera: how a crop becomes an ingredient, how a machine is serviced, why a job is worth applying for. Recruitment films, training modules and expert interviews are their natural formats.

FAQ

Filming in Oreye — your questions

Do you film on location in Oreye?

Yes. Our crew drives out to Oreye with cameras, sound and lighting and films at your address — the on-location service includes the team and the gear. Village halls, farm offices, workshops and company meeting rooms all work. If you would rather have a controlled set, you can record with us in our Brussels-region studio instead.

Can you film inside a workshop, a warehouse or a farm building?

Yes, that is a large part of what we do in Hesbaye. We visit or discuss the space first, bring lighting that copes with high ceilings and machinery noise, and follow your site’s safety rules. Sessions start at €99 and we agree the delivery timeline with you before the shoot.

Can you record in French and Dutch?

Yes. Oreye is French-speaking but sits right against the Limburg border, and many local firms deal daily with Flemish customers and suppliers. We can film an interview in French, a second version in Dutch, and add subtitles in either language — English and German are available as well.

How does pricing work?

Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.

What do I leave with?

It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.

Do I own the footage and files?

Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
