Filming in Merksplas — your questions
Do you film on location in Merksplas?
Yes — that is our default. Our crew drives to Merksplas with cameras, sound and lighting, sets up in your greenhouse, workshop, office or meeting room and films there; crew and gear are included, never a paid extra. The studio option in the Brussels region stays open if you prefer a controlled set.
Can you film inside a greenhouse or a packing hall?
We do it regularly. Glasshouses are bright, humid and reflective, and packing halls are noisy, so we bring our own lighting and treat the sound rather than relying on the room. Access, safety rules and the timeline are agreed with you before the shoot day.
Which languages do you record in?
Merksplas works in Dutch, and most sessions here are recorded in Dutch. We also film in English, French and German — useful when growers or institutions address buyers and partners abroad — and we can produce subtitles in several languages from the same recording.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
