Do you film on location in Gembloux?
Yes — on-location filming is our core service, and the crew, cameras, sound and lighting all come with us. We film in offices, labs, lecture rooms and on the Créalys park, and the delivery timeline is agreed with you before the shoot.
Can you record on the Agro-Bio Tech campus?
Yes, provided you have permission to use the space. Lecture rooms, seminar spaces and laboratories make very workable sets: we keep the set-up compact and discreet, and the raw footage can be handed over on the shoot day.
Which language should we record in?
Gembloux works mainly in French, and many of its research and Créalys teams also publish in English. We record in French, English, Dutch or German, and our in-house tools speed up subtitling and the social clips afterwards.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
